Designed for the 2015-2017 Legacy 2.5i with single exit exhaust, the Nameless Performance Axleback Exhaust is a direct factory fit to the OEM midpipe. Removing the factory 13.5lb mufflers in lieu of a mandrel bent, TIG welded, T304 stainless steel construction muffler delete or muffled axleback exhaust.
Factory fit laser cut flanges and 2″ piping is larger than factory midpipe diameter, providing excellent breathing characteristics for high end horsepower as well as retaining low end torque.
Fits 2015-2017 Legacy 2.5i Sedan, and includes a new hardware kit for installation.
Our urethane bushings hold your exhaust in place better that the factory rubber bushings and are highly recommended if you race your car or enjoy spirited driving. During hard cornering the exhaust "wags" left to right which sometimes causes the tips to touch the bumper. When this happens there is a chance your bumper can be damaged. The best way to avoid this is to use our urethane exhaust bushings to hold the exhaust in place.

Love the axelback exhaust with the 5" muffler installed on my 2015 Subaru Legacy. Nice throaty sound at start up but not too noisy at highway speeds. Just perfect.
Here is my YouTube video of the before and after sound:

I recently installed the 5" Muffler version of this product on my 2015 Legacy. I love it.
There is minimal drone, and this is coming from someone with extremely sensitive ears. I have yet to take it onto the highway at 65-75 mph but I am going to assume the drone is minimal as well with the windows up.
It has a nice low throaty sound at the low 2,000-ish range. The engine sound masks the exhaust at wide open throttle, but my friend who was behind and following me said it was still louder than expected.
Overall at this point I would 10/10 recommend the 5" muffler if you're looking for sound but not loud and obnoxious.

Love this exhaust, I love the sound my car makes now, especially when I’m going under a bridge. You can’t beat the prices either, workmanship is fantastic, these guys take great pride in what they do and it shows!!

I wanted something that gave my legacy a nice deep rumble but not be too obnoxious. This axleback muffler delete exhaust gave me exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. That was the only thing I changed out with my exhaust and the sound is perfect. Its noticeably louder with a good deep rumble that's perfect for giving my car that classy yet sexy appeal all together and not making it seem cheap! I couldn't be happier!
Also customer service was great, I was having issues with my card and purchase at first due to my credit card company having issues and I recieved a call from Steve the following day checking to see how he could assist with things before I even got a chance to give them a call as I was planning to!
All in all good products and customer service. That's a win win always!

I purchased the 5" muffler exhaust to have some rumble when i accelerate but be quiet when cruising around. It sounds amazing and the welds were high quality, i would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice sounding exhaust but not too loud. I also got the urethane bushings and they had little to no flex compared to the stock rubber bushings.

Purchased and installed this axle back with muffler Fall of 2017 on my 2015 Legacy Limited. Perfect fit and very high quality materials and construction. Right off the bat, loved the sound. It won't be for everyone, in fact I've thought maybe I should change back to stock at times. but the wife is okay with it and the former racer in me can't resist the daily reminder of the boxer rumble and the occasional throttle down acceleration feedback. We live in a mostly senior community development (I'm 70), so the cold morning starts had me worried because their pretty loud but no one has given me grief. The exhaust can drone when cruising, especially at around 60mph. Below and above that its less noticeable, and at 70-75 no problem. At "60" there is a harmonic resonance that's bothersome and I wonder if the tip were a little longer if it would reduce that. I have over 16,000 miles on the exhaust at this point and no problems.
