Designed for the VA Chassis (2015-2018) Subaru WRX and STi Sedans, the Nameless Performance AxleBack Exhaust is a direct factory fit to the OEM midpipe at the Y. Removing the two factory 13.5lb restrictive baffled mufflers in lieu of a pair of mandrel bent, TIG welded, T304 stainless steel pipes and configurable tailpipe tip style, this system is easily configurable to your desired look and sound level.
Factory fit laser cut flanges and 2″ dual piping has equivalent flow characteristics of a 3" single straight pipe, providing excellent breathing characteristics for high end horsepower and generating an increase in low end torque (roughly 10hp/11ft lb at the wheels for this and the other muffled axleback options we offer).
Fits 2015-2018 WRX & STi Sedans with OEM or OEM fitment (Nameless Performance) midpipe, not compatible with the STI (SPT) dealer installed midpipe.
Each axleback comes with a full hardware kit for installation.

Our urethane bushings hold your exhaust in place better that the factory rubber bushings and are highly recommended if you race your car or enjoy spirited driving. During hard cornering the exhaust "wags" left to right which sometimes causes the tips to touch the bumper. When this happens there is a chance your bumper can be damaged. The best way to avoid this is to use our urethane exhaust bushings to hold the exhaust in place.

Quality is top notch, it sounds great, pretty loud on a cold start, calms down after about 30 seconds. Would definitely recommend this product. I’m bone stock with just this axle back, I think it sounds great.

Amazing sounding axle back exhaust. This is how the car should sound from the factory. It's not that loud at all but it really allows that rumble to come through and it's got a quality sound exhaust note with barely any drone (at least with the muffler delete). Install is incredibly easy, maybe take you 45min tops. Aggressive sounding, quality welds and finish. If you are looking for something that is going to accentuate that exhaust note and bring that rumble out, get this axle back.

This was the first mod I did to my WRX. I got the 4" Quad Staggered Double Wall, and the bigger tips are noticeable and really fill in the rear of the car. Sounds nice and pops a lot if you rev it up. Install was a breeze, and I now have it matched with a catless downpipe, it sounds extremely loud.

Designe, sound, quality, over all this axle back is all I wanted to get my STI roar! I extremely recommend this product, and you better get the 4” inches tip muffler delete, is loud but not up noxious! Just the best! Easy install! Best customer Service!

Got the axleback muffler delete with 3inch for my stock 2018 CVT. Easy to install. All parts were given. Welds were good. Shipping was way faster than I expected and I got to install it the same day. Pieces were packed good. No jackstand required with stock height. (Tip, if you have a sloping driveway and garage, park inside garage with rear bumper on outside edge of garage where it starts to slope for additional room.) First time having a sports car/compact sports car, and first time having an exhaust that makes sounds. Glad I purchased directly through Nameless. Also when chatting with a rep online, I got response extremely fast. I haven't driven long distances yet, but based on my short 4 mile drive, there is no drone, has low rumble, and makes sound when I step on it so it isn't obnoxious. But even on low acceleration it makes good sound. Cold starts are loud but it quiets down once warmed up. The 3inch tips do leave some empty space, but it isnt really noticeable when looking at it when standing. Perfect for my needs as a daily driver as it is a CVT and I dont plan on doing anything crazy in terms of mods. 4inch would be better for those who care about appearances.

Installed on a ‘18 WRX with stock downpipe and STI midpipe. Cold starts are loud, but the sound is barely noticeable once warmed up. During normal cruising, the exhaust sound is noticeable, but not obnoxiously loud. But once you get on it, you’ll definitely notice a difference. Haven’t noticed any droning at all regardless of sitting as driver or rear passenger.
Also installed this on my buddies ‘15 WRX with stock downpipe and midpipe. Sound is the same, but a tad bit quieter whether at cold start, normal cruising, or spirited driving.
