Autostop Eliminator - 2024-2026 Crosstrek

The Autostop Eliminator does not make any changes to the vehicle programming.

It couldn't be easier to disable auto start/stop on your 2024-2026 Subaru Crosstrek (all trims). This 100% plug-and-play intelligent device restores your preference for auto start-stop automatically which eliminates the need to manually disable auto start/stop via the touchscreen with each ignition cycle. Start-stop functionality is still available, simple enable it and the Autostop Eliminator will maintain your previous setting.

While the Autostop Eliminator connects to the stereo camera on the EyeSight system, it does not hack the vehicle to make the device work. The stereo camera only serves as a location to connect the Autostop Eliminator to the vehicle network.

Installation Notes:

The device simply plugs into the overhead stereo camera on your 2024 Subaru Crosstrek in the same way it's shown in the Subaru Outback video on the Videos tab.

One key difference is with the location of the bolts. Instead of being in the sunglasses compartment, there is a small trim plate that must be removed to access Phillips head screws. The trim plate removal process is similar to the process shown in the AE026 install video for the 2019 Forester. The remainder of the installation is more similar to the Outback video.
