Autostop Eliminator - 2025 Forester

The Autostop Eliminator does not make any changes to the vehicle programming.

Start-stop functionality is still available, simple enable it and the Autostop Eliminator will maintain your previous setting.

Please read carefully before selecting the type:

Non-Wilderness Trims - Requires the AE051 which installs overhead into the back of the stereo camera. This is the only option that will work for non-wilderness trims.

Wilderness Trim - The choice is yours between the AE038 or the AE022. The only difference is the installation location. The AE038 installs overhead into the back of the stereo camera. The AE022 installs under the left seat into the Reverse Automatic Braking (RAB) module.

Pay careful attention to exactly where the device is installed. Customers frequently try to install into the overhead console connectors instead of the stereo camera connector. As you might imagine, this doesn't work.
