Our 2008+ WRX & STi Sedan Midpipe features a 3" primary circuit with a unique Y section that ensures optimal flow transition from the main 3" circuit into our 2" rear circuit axleback exhaust. The Y features a stepped design which puts larger diameter tubing at the transition of gas flow as the exhaust is split from the main circuit into each of the rear circuits of the system with a triple stepped graduation to the 2" rear circuit. This design builds higher torque than any other catback on the market while building the same horsepower numbers that are seen in most higher end catback exhaust designs. Additionally, the 2" secondary circuit design biases the exhaust sound frequency to ensure drone-free operation.
This midpipe is the forward component in our Catback Exhausts for the '08-'10 WRX Sedan as well as the '11+ WRX & STi Sedan.
The midpipe is a 3 piece design featuring latch-over V-band clamps at the two connections in the middle of the system with factory fitting 3" flared flange at the forward (downpipe) end and factory fit flanges at the axleback section. These latch over style V-band clamps allow for easy installation and the three piece design and positioning of the V-band flanges in the system allows for maximum adjustment for ground and vehicle chassis clearance. The midpipe ships with a proprietary 3" donut gasket which allows you to connect the larger midpipe main circuit to your factory downpipe or to a Nameless Performance 3" downpipe with no restriction to flow between the 3" downpipe circuit and the 3" midpipe primary circuit.
The system is built entirely of T304 stainless steel to ensure top quality corrosion resistance and long life of the product.
When coupled with any of our axleback exhaust designs, the system has shown gains of up to 34ft lb of torque at the wheels and 22whp when tested using a Stage 1 Off The Shelf tune as the baseline dyno pull.
Our urethane bushings hold your exhaust in place better that the factory rubber bushings and are highly recommended if you race your car or enjoy spirited driving. During hard cornering the exhaust "wags" left to right which sometimes causes the tips to touch the bumper. When this happens there is a chance your bumper can be damaged. The best way to avoid this is to use our urethane exhaust bushings to hold the exhaust in place.

I was not able to buy the complete Cat-back system all at once, so I purchased the axle back first and ran it that way for about 5 months and for Christmas ordered the mid pipe. I unbolted the axle back from the OEM mid pipe and bolted on the Nameless mid pipe. The fit was perfect and the welds and construction was second to none. The exhaust was running thru a straw before the Nameless mid pipe, the diameter is much larger t hat stock! Sounds Great!! Catted Down-Pipe is next!!

Well like I said in my DP review, everything went absolutely perfect. I could not be any happier. Getting to see everything fresh out of the box was like a kid on Christmas morning! Bolted up with a catted DP, and 3 1/2" muffler delete axle backs, the car sounds wicked. The best explanation, it sounds like a legit racecar. It has a very distinguished sound, a raspy battle cry, the sound of a devil. On a rather stock car. She really breaks some necks now! I also have the Cobb SF intake, and V3 (which I think I forgot to mention nameless cuts you a break on if you order with an exhaust, which I'm pretty sure Cobb doesn't even do?) with a 93 stage 2 tune. The power increase is more then noticeable. I don't have any dyno sheets to prove it on paper, but hopefully soon. Once again, perfect lead times, shipping, and quality, what else could you ask for?

The perfect addition to my axel back. The welds are spot on and gives a deeper rumble with no drone. Everyone asks me what kind of exhaust I'm running cause they love the sound. Took a couple of months to receive it but worth the wait and every dollar spent. 2 thumbs up. Thank you nameless performance

Added to the axleback this made the complete catback sound so good! Not too loud either even up top in the RPM range. Beautiful welds as well!

I purchaced this exhaust in July of 14, been using it now for about six months and wow. I have nothing but good things to say. I get asked all the time at car meets and meeting random Subies out in town asking me what exhaust I'm using lol. Plus the quality of work is amazing. Having turbo back exhaust all nameless the installation was easy. The longest and most difficult part was taking off the stock exhaust. Other than that this went on with no difficulty. I highly recommend. My set up is Catted nameless downpipe, no res mid, and 4" mufflers. I also have two sound clips for you.

Recently I installed the nameless performance midpipe to my 2014 WRX sedan.. I almost don't have words it sounds so amazing, I already had the 3.5 Axleback Muffler Delete installed and loved the way that sounded..
But WOW the sound is seriously insane, so much more throaty now and incredible sounding since the addition of the midpipe.
It added a nice louder rumble tone in the cabin when driving with the windows closed which is so perfect because before I used to roll the windows down to hear the axlebacks amazing sound.
Seriously I love driving past people that are talking or something and giving just a little bit of throttle and watching everyone break their necks to turn and look at my car! LOL
The sound is seriously addictive, beautiful, sexy, loud, boxer rumble like omg and now with the midpipe it is so much more prominent but in such a PERFECT way
The customer service at Nameless Performance is the VERY BEST! Ryan form Nameless is extremely knowledgeable and gave me exactly the answer I needed over the phone for an easy install.

I had the Nameless axleback with 4" mufflers already installed when I put this midpipe on. What a perfect addition to complete my catback! I got the midpipe with the resonator and no mufflers. Adds just the right amount of volume without drone in the cab. Sounds absolutely amazing, if you are on the fence about buying this midpipe just click "Add to Cart", you won't be sorry!
