Its here! Our Muffler Delete Catback Exhaust for 2020-2025 Subaru Outback XT and Wilderness models. This muffler delete system eliminates the heavy and restrictive factory mufflers and unleashes your turbocharged Outback with an aggressive, race-inspired sound.

Made from high quality 3" T304 Stainless steel, our catback includes both our axleback system and midpipe for the XT & Wilderness. This system replaces the entire exhaust up to, but not including the catalytic converters, turbocharger, or exhaust manifold.

Our catback bolts up directly to the factory J-pipe (downpipe / where your catalytic converters live) without modification. The factory uses a spherical gasket designed for long term sealing under hard cornering and off road applications, as well as having the best compliance to ensure that the exhaust aligns properly out the back of the car. Our provided gasket is similar to the factory design, but it is larger in diameter - so large that it fits directly over the outside of the factory gasket and mates up to our flared front tube on our midpipe. This provides all of the functionality of the factory gasket and when you are ready to upgrade your downpipe/J-pipe with a 3" from the turbo back, you can remove the factory parts and just use the gaskets included! How's that for planning ahead? This design allows you to retain that factory functionality AND have a full 3" flow between the downpipe and midpipe!

We are the only company that offers you a full flow design without any need to purchase conversion adapters or additional gaskets.

And it gets even better! This system uses factory fit bolt up flanges at the connection between the axleback and midpipe, so this catback is fully modular and can be used with any factory fit axleback exhaust if you ever want to change sound or the look of the exhaust out the back of the car. Our midpipe replaces the factory unit with a 3 piece design and features latch over V-band flanges and clamps for a quick installation that requires only one fastener to loosen and tighten. This also allows for hot-swappable off-road or track exhaust option that replaces the Y and entire axleback with an off road ready 3" dump for higher ground clearance and improved ability to hear RPM while focusing on obstacles on the trail.

We have also added a 3" resonator to help dial out unwanted drone at cruising speeds and raspy sounds during midrange acceleration.

All flanges are laser cut, and come with new hardware for simple installation.

Exhaust Hanger Bushings

Upgrading to our long lasting Nameless Performance urethane exhaust bushings from the factory rubber bushings is highly recommended. The softer rubber factory bushings are overly flexible and if you race your car or spend time at an incline off-road, the exhaust can "wag" left to right which sometimes causes noise or the tips to touch the rear bumper. When this happens there is a chance your bumper can be damaged or if you have a hitch or any other accessories can cause annoying sounds. The best way to avoid this is to use our urethane exhaust bushings to hold the exhaust in place. These upgraded bushings are not necessary to install our exhaust systems but for the small cost of upgraded units, it is an excellent idea!

• Add 4 Bushings to your cart: Replace all 4 rubber bushings on the axleback portion of the exhaust.
• Add 5 Bushings to your cart: Replace all 5 of the factory rubber bushings from the midpipe back.
